State of MA v Aaron Hernandez Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez goes on trial Friday for the June 2013 murder of a semi-pro football player, a case that exposed the rich young star's drift into violence and stoked a widening debate about off-the-field behavior of NFL athletes.

This is the testimony that the State hopes will secure a Guilty verdict.

I've only gotten to glance at the tweets every so often, so it's so nice to read your opinion!

It's testimony that I have wanted to hear for a while now, and wouldn't you know it.... things have gotten so busy for me today, that I've missed some of it. Luckily, I'll be able to catch up by watching the videos... and I especially want to see how cross examination goes with this witness.

Sadly cross is going to be ugly IMO....no getting around this is a known admitted drug dealer who signed an immunity agreement for his testimony.
Baez is going to smear and accuse him....hopefully the jury will see his testimony for what it is

No doubt, the defense will argue that Bradley was the shooter.

Listening to these texts is tiring. The way they talk is a language foreign to me. Sounds like they were all punks. This witness's choices in his life cost him an eye.

So far Baez has been completely ineffective....nothing to help his client at all...
seems Bradley is holding his own.

A bit of underlying intelligence with Bradley. Kind of took me by surprise...guess I was expecting
something much different after hearing that he was a drug dealer...multiple arrests...his texts that
I had read...guess there is something to that saying about 'dont judge a book by its cover'....

Biaz is trying to tell Bradley what happened instead of asking him what happened...the judge will have none of it. This judge doesnt seem to fond of bigshot Baez.

Agreed...so much different than what happened in the Anthony trial.
Im thinking this Judge isnt going to let Baez accuse Bradley of being the shooter without some facts to back it up.

I think Bradley is holding his own. He doesn't appear to be rattled by Baez. Bradley needs to stop the smirks. Don't think the jury will like that. This cross examination will probably last several weeks-after all, this is Jose Baez

This judge is getting a bit short with Baez, when the jury is out of the courtroom. Baez wanting to bring in a "bad act" based solely on hearsay, and the judge shut him down.
